Clinical to Commercial Development
Our dedicated development scientists utilize their extensive experience to accelerate your sterile product through the clinic and ultimately to market. Ben Venue’s new 8,000 ft2 (740 m2) pilot plant facility is focused on providing efficient process development and technical transfer services to our customers. For challenging molecules, our development teams are skilled in the application of specialized formulation techniques such as emulsions, liposomes, and nanotechnologies. From lyophilization cycle optimization to process and formulation development Ben Venue has the ability to advance your sterile and cytotoxic products.
Sterile Liquids and Lyophilization
With 11 sterile filling suites and 29 cGMP lyophilizers representing 7,800 ft2 (725 m2) of shelf space, Ben Venue offers one of the largest contract sterile filling and lyophilization capacities available anywhere in the world. We aseptically fill or terminally sterilize liquids in vials with fill volumes as large as 200 mL.
Cytotoxic/Genotoxic Facility
We are industry leaders in the manufacture and development of sterile cytotoxic products at both clinical and commercial scales. With specialized containment capabilities and expertise, as well as an ongoing 40-year history of supplying the National Cancer Institute and industry leaders with oncology products, Ben Venue
is your cytotoxic specialist. Our newly constructed 240,000 ft2 (46,500 m2) dedicated cytotoxic/genotoxic facility allows us to meet your high-containment manufacturing needs.
